  • According to Dick Greener, webmaster at www.strawbsweb.co.uk, there are a few more than two copies of the original vinyl sampler still in existence - he lists seven! A few of the tracks on this reissue appear to be taken from the 1967 Copenhagen sessions that resulted in the "All Our Own Work" album (e.g. Sail Away To The Sea, Nothing Else Will Do and Who Knows Where The Time Goes, the last-named with added strings), others were recorded for the first proper Strawbs album, the first version of which was rejected by A & M Records, but unused in that context.
